OFFICIAL RULES

1. The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation will enter stub on the inside of this chance drawing ticket to a drawing limited to 600 tickets.  Drawing will commence between 1-4pm on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Ultimate Audio, 525 SW 10^th Street, Ocala, FL 34474.
2. Ticket holder need not be present to win.  The winner will be notified by telephone or certified mail to the telephone number/ address given on the stub.
3. Official drawing and ticket monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co., Ocala, Florida.
4. If said prize is not claimed by noon on January 13, 2009, a non-event drawing will be held by The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation President, monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co.
5. In the event of any challenge or dispute of any nature whatsoever, the winner to be awarded said prize will be selected by The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation President or their designee, whose decision will be final and not subject to review.
6. Must be 21 or over to purchase a ticket.
7. Drawing will be held rain or shine.
8. In the event that at least 300 tickets have not been purchased by Noon on December 13, 2008, the Heart of Florida Hope Foundation reserves the right to cancel the above listed prize and return the ticket price, less processing fees, to each ticket purchaser.
9. Said prize will be acquired by the Heart of Florida Hope Foundation from proceeds of this drawing and other donations made to the Heart of Florida Hope Foundation.
10. The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation Board of Directors, ARC Marion Board of Directors, employees and family members of ARC Marion and Ultimate Audio are eligible to win said prize.
11. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing and delivery charges outside of North Central Florida.
12. The Heart of Florida Hope Foundation makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the car.  The car warranties are those provided by the car manufacturer, and the audio warranties are provided by Ultimate Audio.
